At Montu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Montu account, select the order you wish to return, and choose your preferred resolution of a refund or exchange.

Package Your Items

Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
